Skiing at Mt Hood Skibowl

We hit the slopes of Mt Hood Skibowl again on Sunday evening. This time it was my wife Katie, sister Jessica, and myself. It was about 26 degrees and snowing lightly when we arrived at about 3 PM. Area map.

The snow was a little slower than Friday night since there was several inches of new snow. The three of us had a great time together especially warming up and having a drink at the Warming Hut.

It started snowing pretty hard and apparently was even snowing back home in the valley. Eventually the snow stopped and the wind was almost still. It was absolutely gorgeous conditions for skiing. After a few more runs we decided to call it an evening and stopped at Dairy Queen before on our way home.
