Night Skiing at Mt Hood Skibowl with Sis

My Sister Jessica flew into town Friday morning. After a late arrival and lunch at the Olive Garden we took off to the mountain for a night of skiing and boarding at Mt Hood Skibowl. It was a beautiful evening about 25 degrees with clear skies, but unfortunately windy. The snow was perfect. It was fast, but not icy. Area map.

This was Jessica's fist time boarding in Oregon. We had a blast zipping down the mountain although at times the wind was so strong it nearly stopped us on the less steep slopes.

Once we couldn't feel our fingers and toes, we stopped at the warming hut for drinks. Then back out again. We ended up spending 6 hours flying down the slopes. We are looking forward to going back up on Sunday night.

Looks like fun if you're crazy enough to go out skiing on a windy night! Glad you had a fun time with your sister Jessica!!
